  In 1987, Melissa Giovagnoli founded an organization named after her seventh, best-selling book, Networlding, to teach professionals how to lead their organizations more effectively, producing exceptional results. Her clients have included organizations like Motorola, UBS, American Express as well as Fortune Brands, Accenture, Diamond Consulting and hundreds of smaller organizations. Melissa has also spoken for hundreds of associations that include The American Management Association, The American Marketing Association, The Pennsylvania Bankers Association.
