One idea on aligning your values to business – choose a theme for the year that reflects your values.

For example, one of my top values is freedom and it's one of the core reasons I went into business for myself.

My theme for 2010 is “simple focus” – by focusing on only those things that are core to my business success, I can create the freedom I value.
