		<description>I would agree!  It all boils down to trust.  If you trust the person and feel as though you can share openly you have more of a chance of gaining mutual respect.  In my professional relationships, I want to meet people where they are and find a common purpose in how we can help each other.  Some may say it&#039;s all about the what&#039;s in if for me, my suggestion is to shift it to what&#039;s in it for us?  How can we make it more about community and less about self?</description>
